The American Center in Moscow invites you to a virtual meeting with our special guest tonight - music director, jazz pianist/vocalist, and composer, Mark G. Meadows.
During the talk we will screen Mark's 23-minute docu-concert, which is an artistic answer to the question what is the Black Lives Matter movement? The film shares Mark’s journey as he communicates through interviews and musical performances his effort to awaken people to the need for equality for black people living in America.
Mark will perform jazz and discuss the origins and meanings of the Black Lives Matter movement. He will be joined by his co-producer, Michael Ivan Schwartz.
